Fortro was founded by Aileen Boyle to change how CEOs and founders engage commercial support at pivotal moments.
Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership carries responsibility, not just for results, but for building businesses that are investable, well-run, and capable of delivering without over-reliance on the founder.
Aileen works inside the questions that matter most, the ones that shape strategy, sharpen decisions, and produce measurable, sustainable outcomes that hold beyond her involvement.
