Fortro was founded by strategic growth expert Aileen Boyle, to redefine working with CEO and founders, to help ambitious, enterprising businesses achieve their bold plans for success.
Aileen believes business leaders have a responsibility to trailblaze for the next generation of founders, level the playing field and ensure everyone has the opportunity to take action and realise their business goals.
Aileen doesn’t just share knowledge. She is in the business of implementing the discipline to ask and answer questions that get measurable, sustainable results and create a legacy of great business that are investible companies, with effective teams who can deliver on their promises to all they work with and for.

Through collaboration and cooperation, Aileen helps entrepreneurs and leaders quantify & qualify options. Using a combination of expertise, a dynamic approach, and a software platform, organisations experience a positive force for change.
